Abstract:
PURPOSE:To minimize the equipment simultaneously simplify the construction by installing a double acting cylinder to use as gas chamber for one side and as liquid chamber for another side and a gas change-over valve bewteen the gas source and an actuator. CONSTITUTION:A double acting cylinder 6 to use as gas chamber 15 for one side and as liquid chamber 16 for another side and a gas change-over valve 5 are installed between the gas source and actuator 14, a regulator valve 12 is installed between the double acting cylinder 6 and an actuator 14. Thereby, gas pressure supplied from gas source flows into the double acting cylinder 6 from the gas change-over valve 5 or flows out the open air from the double acting cylinder 6 to operate the bouble acting cylinder 6, the liquid is regulated with a regulating valve 12 to supply to the actuator 14. Consequently, the double acting cylinder 6 serves both as a gas pressure motor and a fluid pressure pump, thus the equipment is minimized simultaneously the construction is simplified.
