Abstract:
An objective of the present invention is to prevent a spool from being stuck even if foreign substances are pulled into the spool. A fluid pressure driving apparatus (1) comprises: a control flow valve (2) having a movable unit (2a) and controlling a discharge amount of a working fluid in accordance with the position of the movable unit (2a); a jam estimation unit (9) to estimate a jammed state in at least one of a case where the movable unit (2a) does not reach a moving target position within a prescribed time from the timing when a driving command for moving the movable unit (2a) to the moving target position is issued, and a case where a prescribed moving speed is not reached when the movable unit (2a) moves to the moving target position; and a driving control unit (10) to drive the movable unit (2a) with driving power larger than the driving power of the movable unit (2a) when not in the jammed state, at the time when a driving command of the movable unit (2a) in a direction opposite to a driving direction of the movable unit (2a) in the jammed state is issued after the jammed state is estimated.
