Abstract:
To enhance efficiency of fluid leakage detection in a fluid pressure cylinder.SOLUTION: A fluid leakage detection system 100 includes a measuring unit 10 for detecting leakage of working fluid through an annular gap 8 between a piston rod 3 and a cylinder head 5 provided to a hydraulic cylinder 1, and a controller 80 for acquiring a measurement result of the measuring unit 10. The measuring unit 10 measures pressure and temperature by a predetermined operation condition, and transmits a measurement result to the controller 80. The controller 80 includes a condition setting part 83 for changing the operation condition of the measuring unit 10, and a determination part 84 for determining whether or not to change the operation condition by the condition setting part 83 according to the measurement result of the measuring unit 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
