Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perfectly eliminate fluid leakage due to non-metal substances in material by providing a valve seat which has cleanliness of 0.05% or lower, and is formed of alloy containing Ni, Cr, Mo, C, Si, Mn, P, Cu and Al with a specified wt.% condition.
SOLUTION: A valve seat 1d is formed on a bottom of a recessed valve chamber 1c communicated with an inflow passage 1a and an outflow passage 1b of a body 1. The valve seat 1d, having cleanliness of 0.05% or lower, is formed of alloy containing Ni 12.90 to 15.00wt.%, Cr 16.50 to 18.00wt.%, Mo 2.00 to 3.00wt.%, C 0.02wt.% or lower, Si 0.030wt.% or lower, Mn 0.40wt.% or lower, P 0.03wt.% or lower, S 0.0003wt.% or lower, Cu 0.25wt.% or lower, and Al 0.01wt.% or lower. Fluid leakage due to non-metal substances in material is thus perfectly eliminated.
