Abstract:
To provide a fluid controller having a fastening device, the fastening device configured to automatically refastening a gland packing provided in a valve.SOLUTION: A fluid controller comprises: a valve body 2 having a communication part 24 communicating with an inlet flow passage 21 and an outlet flow passage 22; a valve element 3 disposed in the communication part 24; a drive mechanism 7 configured to drive the valve element 3; a shaft body 4 penetrating through the valve body 2, and connecting the drive mechanism 7 and the valve element 3; a gland packing 40 provided around the shaft body 4, and configured to seal a gap between the shaft body 4 and the valve body 2; a gland nut 50 screwed into the valve body 2, and configured to press the gland packing 40; and a fastening device 10 configured to automatically fasten the gland nut 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
