Abstract:
To improve workability of a valve element and simultaneously to prevent degradation of sealability by prevent accumulation of foreign matters in a body in a fluid control valve.SOLUTION: A valve portion 58 of a valve element 14 is rotatably housed in a housing chamber 24 of a body 12, and a seal member 48 is disposed in a manner of facing an upstream-side inner wall surface 26. The housing chamber 24 has a clearance S between a bottom surface 36a and a lower end portion 48a of the seal member 48, curved portions 40 having a circular arc-shaped cross section, are respectively formed on angular portions 38 between the upstream-inner wall surface 26 facing the bottom surface 36a and a set of side wall surfaces 34a, 34b. Thus accumulation of foreign matters can be suppressed by leading a part of the fluid flowing into the housing chamber 24 to a seal member 48 side along the clearance S.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
