PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive a soft start in a valve delivery side in order to avoid a rapid operating start in the valve delivery side when a fluid control valve used in opening/closing of a fluid circuit is opened.
SOLUTION: When a fluid control valve 10 is moved to a closing position, a suction port 22 of the valve is shut off, a delivery port 26 is connected to a discharge port 30, and the fluid control valve 10 is socked in the closing position, a system thus operated is provided. When the fluid control valve 10 is moved to an opening position, the discharge port 30 is shut off and, by a piston 56 still continuously cutting-off a flow of fluid between the suction port 22 and the delivery port 26, full communication between the suction port 22 and the delivery port 26 is delayed. In an adjustable bypass passage, a pressure fluid is made to pass through the piston 56 from the suction port 22, to be fed to the delivery port 26. By this fluid feed, a pressure in the delivery port 26 is increased to a certain specific pressure. When the pressure in the delivery port 26 reaches to the specific pressure thereof, the piston 56 is moved from a position cutting-off a flow from the suction port 22 to the delivery port 26 to a position performing full communication between the suction port 22 and the delivery port 26.
