A lower end outer circumference surface 7e provided on an outer circumference lower end of a housing part 7 is adhered and fixed on an inner circumference surface 6a of a bracket 6. Adhesive b is filled in a fixing surface gap area I between a lower end outer circumference surface 7e of a housing part 7 and an inner circumference surface 6a of a bracket 6. Many kinds of highly heat conductive material "a" are compounded in the adhesive b, and adhesive b exists in the fixing surface gap area I under a condition where the many kinds of highly heat conductive material "a" compounded in the adhesive b are dispersed, under a condition where adhesive b is filled and cures in the fixing surface gap area I between the housing 7 and the bracket 6.
