Abstract:
The present invention provides a flow-rate control valve (1) that allows for manufacturing cost reduction and has a compact size with improved ease of maintenance. The flow-rate control valve (1) includes a lower casing (4) provided with a channel (41,42) that leads a liquid and a fluid and with a valve seat (43A), a valve body (7) that controls, in conjunction with the valve seat, the flow rate of the liquid and the fluid that pass through the channel (41,42), a reciprocating drive part (5A) that moves the valve body (7) closer to or away from the valve seat (43A), and an upper casing (2) that houses the reciprocating drive part (5A).
