Title:
FLOW CONTROL VALVE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3857128
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow control valve protecting a valve spring from thermal damage and foreign matter.
SOLUTION: The flow control valve is equipped with a second spring holder 20 which is fixed inside a housing 1 and holds the other end of a valve element 9 side of the valve spring 12. The second spring holder 20 is an approximately cylindrical member formed of a material with lower thermal conductivity than the housing 1 consisting of cast iron, etc. The second spring holder 20 consists of an inner bottom 20a, a stay part 20b, a through-hole 20c and a flange part 20d. The inner bottom 20a is the approximately circular shape and the stay part 20b is the sack body covering the circumference of the valve spring 12 extending from the outer peripheral of the inner bottom 20a. The through-hole 20c is formed at the center of the inner bottom 20a and has larger inside diameter than the outer diameter of the peripheral wall 6a consisting of the through- hole 6 of the housing 1. The flange part 20d extends toward outside of the radius direction from the upper part of the stay 20b and has an approximately rectangular outer peripheral part.
