To solve a problem wherein there is no staple excellent in a practical structure of a needle or a holding means, and an opening means or inserting means to an object to be locked is complicated and operation is difficult although there is a staple needle made of metal or resin and a staple needle made of a soft material comes out recently from the aspect of safety concerns.

In this staple, a needle group formed of a plurality of needles (3) each made of soft material with one protruded leg (2) is inserted in a cylindrical needle holding frame (7) downward from a front edge of an intermediate part in a horizontal direction of a top plate (1) arranged horizontally. A front erected wall covering a front surface is arranged in the front end in the longitudinal direction of the needle holding frame. An upper opening (25) is arranged between the front erected wall and an upper surface plate (26), and a lower opening (28) is arranged between the front erected wall and a bottom surface plate (27). A periphery covering blade part (8) of a hole boring guide tool advancing toward the lower opening from the upper opening is operated to bore a hole, thereby guiding penetration and locking of the flexible needle with one leg on the front end side in the object (k) to be locked.
