Abstract:
To provide a flange fastening support system capable of acquiring deformation information from a gasket in flange fastening, and supporting the flange fastening by visualizing the deformation information.SOLUTION: A flange fastening support system comprises: a gasket (4) installed between flanges (72-1, 72-2); two or more sensors (6-1, 6-2, 6-3, 6-4) which include a contact mechanism for detecting gasket deformation due to a load from a space between the flanges in the flange fastening, and if the load is greater than or equal to a threshold value, making a state between contacts a conduction state or non-conduction state; a fastening determining unit (server 30) acquiring one or both of the conduction information and non-conduction information of the contact mechanism (48) from the respective sensors, and determining a fastening state of each bolt by using a combination of pieces of conduction information, a combination of pieces of non-conduction information or a combination of conduction information and non-conduction information acquired from at least two adjacent sensors; and an information presenting unit (32) for presenting a determination result of flange fastening in relation with position information of the bolt.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
