The fixing roller mechanism 1 is provided with: a fixing roller 2; a frame 3 for holding and grounding both ends of the fixing roller 2; bearings 4 provided between the fixing roller 2 and the frame 3 at both ends of the fixing roller 2, for rotating the fixing roller 2 to the frame 3; and heat isolation members 5 provided between the fixing roller 2 and the bearing 4 at both ends of the fixing roller 2 and fixed and connected to the bearing 4, for preventing heat conduction between the fixing roller 2 and the frame 3. The fixing roller mechanism 1 is further provided with a fixing member 6 for fixing the heat isolation member 5 to the fixing roller 2, and the frame 3 is electrically connected to the fixing roller 2 through the bearing 4 and the fixing member 6. Thus, the reliability and stability of the grounding of the fixing roller 2 are improved, and the device is downsized.
