Abstract:
To provide a fixing jig which has a function capable of preventing movement of a torque converter during transport of a transmission unit attached with the torque converter and a function for engaging with a hook of a crane when the transmission unit is transported to reduce costs required for these functions.SOLUTION: In a transmission unit 1 in which a transmission body and a torque converter body 3 are installed within a transmission casing 2, a fixing jig includes: a first engagement part 11 which is engaged with a rotary shaft part 3a of the torque converter body 3; and a second engagement part 12 which is engaged with the transmission casing 2 and connects the torque converter body 3 with the transmission casing 2 to restrict movement of the torque converter body 3. The fixing jig is formed with: an engagement hole 13 which may be engaged with a hook of a crane; and a fixing part 14 which is fixed by fastening a bolt in a state that the engagement hole 13 is located at a predetermined position of an outer surface 2a of the transmission casing 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
