To provide a structure of a fixing bracket fixing members to each other, capable of fixing the members without forming a screw thread, manufacturable at low cost, and allowing easy fixing work.

This fixing bracket is composed of a rectangular thin plate piece slidingly insertable into a fitting part formed in a lattice side crosspiece, for connecting the lattice side crosspiece to a lower crosspiece. The fixing bracket has: bent parts wherein the opposite longitudinal sides of the rectangular thin plate piece are bent toward the same direction; an annular recessed part formed in a rectangular thin plate piece plane, having a hole part in a center part; and a screw fixing part formed in the rectangular thin plate piece plane. The screw fixing part has: a hole part formed in the rectangular thin plate piece plane; a pair of support pieces disposed opposite to each other by inclining cut faces formed along the longitudinal direction on both sides of the hole part such that inclination angles are set to be different from each other, and guide walls erectly formed such that both sides not formed with the support pieces of the hole part project to the same direction as the bent part.
