Abstract:
To provide a fixation structure of a diaphragm capable of keeping the compressibility of a diaphragm body constant without requiring inspection, and a diaphragm actuator.SOLUTION: A diaphragm 130 comprises a rubber diaphragm body 131, and a rigid member 132 that is provided integrally with the diaphragm body 131 and when caulked with a caulking part 122 provided on a lower cup 120, is sandwiched between an upper cup 110 and the lower cup 120 to keep the distance between the upper cup 110 and the lower cup 120 constant.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
