Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve recycling property without lowering the strength of a label.
SOLUTION: A film sheet 31 for producing a label is constituted by providing an adhesive layer 33 coated with an acrylic or rubber adhesive to the back surface side of a laminated film 32 where a PP film 35 and a PS film 36 are laminated. By setting the tensile strength of the film 32 to ≥7×103 M/m, the damage of the label caused by drop impact is prevented. By setting bending moment to ≤3×10-4 M.m, the flexibility of the label is held to prevent the blistering or peeling at a part covering over the curved part of a unit main body. When the total amount of PP resin is kept ≤1.5% with reference to the total amount of PS resin, the physical properties of the recycled PS resin obtained by simultaneously melting the PP resin and the PS resin are preserved, therefore the label is melted altogether in a state where it is stuck to a front cover and a back cover, and a label peeling stage is eliminated from a recycling stage.
