Abstract:
To provide a filing valve for an adhesive wherein the adhesive does not hang down in a threadlike shape from the outer edge of the body of the filling valve.
The angle of the tip of the periphery edge 14b of the valve body 14 is set to 10 degree, and blowing direction of nitrogen gas is changed with a disk 25 so that the nitrogen gas can be blown toward the periphery edge 14b of the valve body 14. Also, a tubular body 11 is covered with a steam jacket 18 up to the tip, and heated gas is blown. Further, the timing of blowing nitrogen gas is optimized. Thus, the hot melt adhesive sticks hardly to the tip of the periphery edge 14b of the valve body 14 and the hot melt adhesives stuck here can be blown off surely.
