Abstract:
To provide a mechanism for easily fitting and removing a binder 2 as well as a file using the mechanism.
A groove 39 for a driver is provided in the head part 31 of a rivet 3, and a threaded groove 34 is provided in a thread part 32, wherein the rivet 3 fitted with press can be pulled out by the driver.
