Abstract:
To provide a female screw hole block plug which can enhance versatility to weld nuts having a variety of sizes.SOLUTION: A pair of elastic lock pieces 4, 4 connected to a columnar support 3 at base ends, and extending so as to separate from the columnar support 3 as approximating a flange 2 toward tips from the base ends are arranged at a female screw hole block plug 1 for blocking a receiving hole 6a of a body panel 6, and a female screw hole 7a of a weld nut 7. Tip-side first lock claws 41, 41 and base-end side second lock claws 42, 42 are arranged at the elastic lock pieces 4, 4, respectively. Intervals between the first lock claws 41 and the second lock claws 42 are made to coincide with pitches of female screws of the weld nuts 7 having sizes of M8, M10 and M12, and shapes of the first lock claws 41 and the second lock claws 42 are formed into the same shapes as shapes of troughs of the female screws of the weld nuts 7 having sizes of M8, M10, M12 and M14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
