Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening structure capable of achieving the weight saving without looseness occurrence even under a heat environment for a fastening body or a fastened body made of a thermoplastic resin.SOLUTION: A fastening structure comprises: a fastening body 20 having a drilled bottomed hole 21; a fastened body 30 having a drilled open hole 31; and a self-tapping screw 10 having a bow 2 and a screw shaft part 12. The screw shaft part 12 of the self-tapping screw 10 is inserted into the bottomed hole 21 of the fastening body 20 and the open hole 31 of the fastened body 30, and screwed into both the bottomed hole 21 and the open hole 31, thereby the fastening structure is formed so as to fix the fastened body 30 to the fastening body 20. When the resin fastening body 20 and the resin fastened body 30 are contracted and deformed due to the thermal affection, the axial force is lost, however, since the screw shaft part 12 is screwed into both the fastening body 20 and the fastened body 30, the unsteadiness is not generated so as to obtain the loosening stop effect by not causing the unsteadiness which causes looseness.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
