Abstract:
To provide a fastening member which enables a user to determine whether or not the fastening member is seated from above, and to provide a fastening structure using the fastening member.SOLUTION: A fastening member of the invention includes a screw and a washer. The washer has: a seating surface part which contacts with a fastened object; and an erected part erected from an outer edge of the seating surface part. The seating surface part includes an inclined part having a rising slope from the outer edge toward a center direction. The erected part includes an eave protruding to a direction of a screw head at its upper end. Before fastening, the washer is open and the entire screw head is exposed. After fastening, the seating surface part is sandwiched between the screw head and the fastened object to deform, and the eave of the erected part covers at least a part of the screw head. Thus, a user can determine whether or not the fastening member is seated from above.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
