Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening element suitable for automated manufacturing of a lighting apparatus, and securing a prescribed contact pressure between an LED and a lighting component.SOLUTION: A body portion of fastening means is composed of three leg portions integrally connected to each other by material joining, a body head portion is composed of three blade portions, these blade portions are respectively a part of one of the leg portions, the leg portions are formed by deformation of a punched piece along two deformation lines, the blade portions are formed by cutouts longer than a length of the blade portion and along the deformation line, and deformation continued from the cutouts along the deformation line directed to a direction at a right angle to a longitudinal axis of the body portion, leg portion sections of the leg portions in a region of the body portion are separated from each other by the cutouts, and the leg portion section can be elastically bent to generate spring restoring force to the longitudinal axis of the body portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
