Abstract:
PURPOSE:To process a workpiece with a high output and a long stroke by attaining the high output corresponding to any ratio of the input side piston area to the output side piston area, in the case of a pressurization cylinder to be used in a high compression mechanism etc of a pneumatic press. CONSTITUTION:When a gateway 19 of a big cylinder 17 is opened into the air, through operation of a transfer valve 20 and compressed air is sent into a gateway 18, a piston 11 is moved toward output side. Subsequently, a cylinder 3 an an input piston 4 start moving to ward the output side simultaneously and fluid flows into a room 16 from a tank 13. When the output side tip of the cylinder 3 reaches a workpiece, the valve 8 stops the fluid from flowing in, the room 16 is pressurized by the piston 4, and a high output corresponding to the ratio of pressurized areas is obtained at the output side tip of the cylinder 3.
