Abstract:
To provide a falling object receiving device which receives a falling object falling from a high place of a scaffold construction body.SOLUTION: In a falling object receiving device protruding toward an outside space from a scaffold construction body forming a work space, a pivotally supporting piece (37) provided at a base end portion (8c) of each of a pair of right and left vertical frames (8) constituting the falling object receiving device is pivotally connected in a freely rotatable manner to a pivot (59) of a support bracket (7) fixed to the scaffold construction body, by inserting the pivot into a pivotally supporting hole (38) of the pivotally supporting piece. A temporarily placing table (65) is provided on the support bracket, and assist means (66) is provided on the base end portion of the vertical frame. The assist means is provided with a mounted portion (70) mounted on the temporarily placing table (65) when the vertical frame (8) is in a standing posture (P1) and the pivotally supporting hole (38) is made to face a tip of the pivot (59).
