Abstract:
To promote the cost reduction of an eye joint metal fitting, and to improve handling performance.SOLUTION: A head part 22 of a union bolt 20 is covered with an eye joint metal fitting attachment jig 30 from above in a state that a jig-side engagement part 34 and a lock pin 3602 are directed downward, the head part 22 of the union bolt 20 is exposed from a bolt head exposure part 33, and a pipe body 1602 of a hose connecting part 16 is made to penetrate the jig-side engagement part 34. The lock pin 3602 is inserted into a lock hole 2802, and an end part of a main body part 38 of the eye joint metal fitting attachment jig 30 is made to abut on an attachment face 2602. An eye joint metal fitting 10 is positioned with respect to a peripheral direction of an axial core of a female screw 2610 with respect to the attachment face 2602 via the pipe body 1602, the jig-side engagement part 34 of the eye joint metal fitting attachment jig 30, the lock pin 3602 and the lock hole 2802.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
