Title:
EXPANDED SYNTHETIC RESIN ASSEMBLY STRUCTURE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR THE SAME
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3953927
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expanded synthetic resin assembly structure having a connection where a gap resulting from the thinning of an expanded material on use is hardly occur, and a manufacturing method for the assembly structure.
SOLUTION: A plurality of expanded synthetic resin assembly units 1, 3, each of which has at least either a first joint 7 or a second joint 8, are connected via the connections 6, where each first joint 7 of one assembly unit is joined to each second joint 8 of the other unit. In joining each assembly unit to form the assembly structure, at least either the first joint or the second joint has local compressive portions 7a that are compressed upon coming in contact with the opposite joint when both joints are joined together compressively, and the connection 6 has the first joint 7, the second joint 8, and a fixing member 9 for fixing both joints joined together compressively.
