To provide an engine lubricating device not causing insufficient oil supply in a piston sliding portion while reducing the amount of lubricating oil by the use of needle bearings.
A sliding portion oil supply path 33 for supplying oil to a bearing 8 at the small end of a connecting rod and the piston sliding section 14 is provided separately from bearing oil supply paths 21 supplying oil to a journal bearing 3 disposed upstream and a bearing 6 at the large end of the connecting rod disposed downstream. The journal bearing 3 and bearing 6 at the large end of the connecting rod are respectively composed of needle bearings 40, 41, and the diameter of each oil hole 48 in the upstream needle bearings 40 is reduced, thereby restricting the amount of oil supplied with respect to the needle bearings 40, 41.
