Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily confirm a fully opened/closed condition of an emergency valve for a storage water tank by a simple structure.
SOLUTION: In this emergency valve for a storage water tank, at normal, time, a valve main body 14 is moved to one side of a valve box 13, a first inflow port P1, second outflow port P3 and a first outflow port P2, second inflow port P4 are communicated, a storage water tank 2 is made to function as one part of distribution water pipe line, at abnormal situation generation time, the valve main body 14 is moved to the other side of the valve box 13, the first inflow/outflow port P1, P2 is communicated, an inflow of dirty water in the storage water tank 2 is prevented. In an outer side of this valve box 13, an opening indicator 30 of the valve main body is provided, which is provided with a valve rod cover 30A, valve box external protruded part 14d of a valve rod part inserted in the inside of this valve rod cover 30A, valve opening indicating member 30B fixed to this valve box external protruded part 14d, and visual window part 30C of the valve opening indicating member provided to be passed through a peripheral wall part of the valve rod cover 30A.
