Abstract:
To provide a patterning device that can be attached and detached easily and quickly.
This patterning device is a microfluidic structure comprising an electrostatic sealing device. The electrostatic sealing device is provided with a first electrode 102 and a second electrode 104 facing the first electrode. The second electrode moves toward the first electrode and forms a seal with the first electrode in response to a voltage difference between the first electrode and the second electrode. At least one of the first electrode and second electrode comprises an elastic layer 106 facing the other electrode.
