Abstract:
PURPOSE:To realize small size, light weight and low power consumption by controlling a voice recording means depending on the loading/ejection of a voice input section. CONSTITUTION:The voice input section 5 fitted attachably and detachably to/from the main body 1 consists of a microphone 51, a voice signal processing circuit 52 processing a voice signal and a control circuit 53 controlling a voice signal processing circuit 52. When no voice input section 5 is loaded to the main body 1, since a control signal is not inputted to the control circuit 32 in the main body 1 from the control circuit 53 of the voice input section 5, the voice signal processing of a voice signal processing circuit 31 is inhibited by the control circuit 32. In loading the voice input section 5 to the main body 1, the control circuit 32 in the main body is controlled by the control circuit 53 in the voice input section 5 in response to the recording selection operation to permit or inhibit the voice signal processing. Thus, small size, light weight and low power consumption are realized.
