Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a coil and a movable plunger and, at the same time, to prevent the falling of the plunger in an electromagnetic actuator.
SOLUTION: The electromagnetic actuator is provided with a housing 1, a bobbin 2, the coil 3, a fixed core 5, the movable plunger 6, a returning spring 25, a joint member 24 which is coupled with the outer end section of the movable plunger 6 protruded outward from the housing 1, and a coil cover 7a which is attached to the housing 1 in a state where the cover 7a covers the coil 3. A plunger cover 7b which covers the outer end section of the movable plunger 6, and a stopper arm 45 which is engaged with the joint member 24 to control the outward movement of the joint member 24, are integrally formed with the coil cover 7a.
