Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroacoustic transducer capable of improving acoustic properties of a piezoelectric sounder.SOLUTION: An electroacoustic transducer includes a piezoelectric sounder, and an enclosure. The piezoelectric sounder has a first diaphragm having a peripheral portion, a piezoelectric element placed on at least one side of the first diaphragm, and multiple openings provided around the piezoelectric element and penetrating the first diaphragm in a first axial direction, i.e., the thickness direction thereof. The enclosure has a support for supporting the peripheral portion directly or indirectly, and a sound guide facing the piezoelectric sounder in the first axial direction. The sound guide is provided at a position not overlapping a first opening, having the largest opening area out of the multiple openings, in the first axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
