Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conduit assembly with an electrically conductive component.SOLUTION: There is provided a conduit assembly 10 with a tube 12 formed from a polymeric material with a nanoparticulate component. The polymeric material has an electrical conductivity in the range between 1×10and 4.7×10(S/m) at 20°C. An electrical contact is electrically coupled with the conduit assembly to receive electrical current. A ground is electrically coupled with the conduit assembly to ground the electrical current passed through the conduit assembly.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
