Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric turbo type compressor capable of decreasing a manufacturing cost and downsizing.SOLUTION: A high-pressure chamber 9 can apply pressure inside on at least a part 31R of a rotary shaft 31 against a thrust F1 of an impeller 50. Between a first shaft hole 119 and a rotary shaft 31, a first bearing 110 is provided. The first shaft hole 119 has a first journal surface 118, and a recessed portion 117 annularly recessed from the first journal surface 118. The first bearing 110 is a first radial foil bearing which has a first top foil 111 positioned on an outer peripheral side of the rotary shaft 31, and capable of displacing to the first journal surface 118; a first bumper foil 113 positioned on an outer peripheral side of the first top foil 111, and capable of elastically supporting the first top foil 111 by displacing to the journal surface 118; and a seal portion 115 extending outward in a diametrical direction from the first top foil 111 in a flange shape, fitted with the recessed portion 117, and energized on the recessed portion 117 by receiving the pressure inside the high-pressure chamber 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
