Abstract:
To provide an electric drum brake which enables cost reduction by fastening an electric drive device and an anchor to a backing plate with common fastening bolts.SOLUTION: An anchor 28 and an electric drive device 60 are fastened to a backing plate 16 by common fastening bolts 62. In the structure, the electric drive device 60 can be fastened to the backing plate 16 by the fastening bolts 62 for fastening the anchor 28 to the backing plate 16, and thus complicated change of a shape or structure of the backing plate 16 and addition of new components are not required to, for example, fasten the electric drive device 60 to the backing plate 16 and a caliper support bracket 90. Therefore, cost reduction of the electric drum brake 10 can be achieved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
