This electric boiler device comprises an electric heating pipe 5 arranged from a lower part to an upper part in a boiler chamber 2, generating heat by power distribution, and heating the water vapor 7 generated at a non-immersion area 2b above a water level and introducing and mixing the same into the heat medium 3 while heating the water in the boiler chamber 2 at an immersion area 2a into the water in accompany with heating the heat medium 3 passed therethrough from the outside of the boiler chamber 2 and discharging the same to the outside of the boiler chamber 2, and a water supply means 6 for supplying the water to keep the prescribed water level H in the boiler chamber 2.
