To improve operational stability by making the weight of a vehicle well-balanced between the front and the rear by disposing a motor below a floor panel of an occupant room, and disposing a transmission connected to the motor and a front differential gear connected to the transmission in front of the motor in the vehicle.

A vehicle 2 is provided with a flat floor panel 16 in such a manner as to form a cabin 12 and a luggage boot 14 in co-operation with the body 6. A steering wheel 18 and a seat 20 are installed in the cabin 12. A car body frame is provided with a motor 22 below the floor panel 16 of the cabin 12. The motor 22 is provided with a transmission 24 connected thereto in the forward side of the vehicle. The transmission 24 is provided with a front differential gear 26 connected thereto in the forward side of the vehicle. Thus, the weight of the vehicle 2 is equalized and well-balanced between the front and the rear, so that operational stability can be improved.
