Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric actuator which attaches an output lever to an output shaft easily in a short time.
SOLUTION: A mounting part 21 is formed at one end of an output shaft 7 driven by a motor, the mounting part 21 has a stepped part 23 and a fitting part 24 having a smaller diameter than that of the stepped part 23, and tapered parts 25, 26 are formed on tip sides of the stepped part 23 and the fitting part 24, respectively. A mounting hole which corresponds to the mounting part 21 of the output shaft 7 is formed in an output lever, and a caulking hole in which a caulking part 28 formed at a tip of the output shaft 7 is caulked is formed. The output lever can be easily attached to the output shaft 7 merely by bringing them close to each other and moving them.
