Abstract:
To provide an elastic seal capable of suppressing liquid seal of a refrigerant, a joint body, and a pipe joint including them.SOLUTION: An annular elastic seal 50 is disposed between a joint body 20 connecting a pipe P and the pipe P to seal an outer surface P1 of the pipe P and an inner surface 21B of the joint body 20. The elastic seal 50 includes a base portion 51 and a lip portion 52 projecting from the base portion 51 along a central axis direction, and is constituted to dispose a refrigerant flow channel so that refrigerant flows from the base portion 51 side to the lip portion 52 side when a pressure of the refrigerant at the base portion 51 side is a prescribed pressure or more, by suppressing the flow of the refrigerant from the lip portion 52 side to the base portion 51 side. The elastic seal 50 further includes a first contact suppression structure 61 for suppressing contact with the outer surface P1 of the pipe P, and the first contact suppression structure 61 has a slit structure disposed on the base portion 51. The slit structure is constituted to gradually reduce an inner diameter from a base bottom surface 51A of the base portion 51 toward the lip portion 52 side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
