To facilitate attaching and detaching execution of an interior material and improve durability by integrally forming a fine hook-and-loop fastener engagement member on the lower side of a surface layer of the interior material.
The surface layer 1 of this interior material is formed by one kind or combination of plural kinds of thermoplastic resin. A base material 2 formed by mixing a filler such as calcium carbonate, silica with the same resin as that of the surface layer 1 is stacked on the lower side of the surface layer, and fine hook-and-loop fastener connecting members 3, 3' are integrally formed on the back of the base material 2. The connecting members 3, 3' are, for example, hook-like materials 0.1 to 2 mm, which have the same structure of a fixing member of the hook-and-loop fastener such as Veliro fastener or the like, and formed in the state of directing laterally in the opposite directions like a line of the tips of the hook-like material. The connecting members 3, 3' are provided to very easily attach and detach the interior material to the floor material main body, and give durability to the interior material.
