Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide earthquake resistant hardware and an earthquake resistant structure capable of improving earthquake resistant strength by sufficiently exhibiting bearing force of a brace.SOLUTION: Earthquake resistant hardware 10 is fixed to a corner part K1 of a rectangular opening part K surrounded by a horizontal material 12 and a vertical material 13, and is constituted of an earthquake resistant hardware body 11 directly fixed to the corner part K1 and sandwiching fixing hardware 60 fixed to an end part C1 of the brace C and supported by the earthquake resistant hardware body 11, and the earthquake resistant hardware body 11 is constituted of a plate-like horizontal piece 21 fixed to the horizontal material 12, a vertical piece 22 and two support pieces 23, and the sandwiching fixing hardware 60 is constituted of a fixing hardware body 60a having a sandwiching part 61 opposed to a main plane Ca of the end part C1 of the brace C and an installation object part 62 supported by the support piece 23 and a shearing-fixing-fastening tool 63 for penetrating through the end part C1 in the thickness direction (t) and fixing the sandwiching part 61 so as to sandwich the end part C1.
