Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collector which uses ultrasonic waves to enhance dust collection efficiency, and which can suppress a mutual interference of ultrasonic waves generated due to a plurality of vibrations.SOLUTION: A dust collector 10 for aggregating fine particles in the air containing the fine particles comprises; a vibration plate 61 and a reflection plate 62 both of which face each other; a first ultrasonic transmitter 110 which vibrates a first part of the vibration plate 61 by ultrasonic wave to generate a standing wave 5 between the vibration plate 61 and the reflection plate 62; and acoustic absorbents 70a, 70b disposed on a surface on the reflection plate side of the vibration plate 61 other than the first part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
