Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collector capable of facilitating fine particles in the air to flow near an electrode to enhance aggregation efficiency of the fine particles.SOLUTION: A dust collector 10 for aggregating fine particles in the air containing the fine particles comprises; a first vibration plate 11 and a first reflection plate 12 both of which face each other; a first ultrasonic transmitter 110 which vibrates the first vibration plate 11 by ultrasonic wave to generate a standing wave 5 between the first vibration plate 11 and the first reflection plate 12; a first electrode which is disposed near one node 6a in the first standing wave, and which charges fine particles approaching to the positive electrode 31 to have a first polarity; and a negative electrode 32 which charges fine particles approaching to the negative electrode 32 to have a polarity different from the first polarity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
