To provide a dry type multiplate clutch capable of efficiently radiating the frictional heat generated in connecting a clutch and the heat conducted from an engine, discharging the friction powder generated in connecting the clutch, and stabilizing the clutch performance.
In this dry type multiplate clutch 70, a plurality of friction plates 86, 87 are mounted between a driving-side clutch outer 85 and a driven-side clutch center 88, and the transmission is performed from the clutch outer 85 to the clutch center 88 by pressing the friction plates 86, 87 by a pressure plate 89. This clutch 70 is provided with fins 114, 124 mounted on the clutch outer 85 and the pressure plate 89 to promote the flow of the air, and the clutch outer 85 and the pressure plate 89 are provided with an opening 113 or a passage 123 for circulating the air.
