PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a falling suppression tool capable of suppressing falling of a suspension tool from a flange part of a shaped steel material, even in a case where large external force acts.SOLUTION: A falling suppression tool 1 includes a fixture 2 locked to a flange part 92 in a state of vertically straddling an end part in a width direction X of the flange part 92, and a holding tool 3 configured to hold a suspension tool 8 and the fixture 2 from both sides in the width direction below the flange part 92.
