Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely prevent the intrusion of foreign matter from the outside even under bad conditions.
SOLUTION: A driving system is provided with cylinders 1, 2, 3 and a piping passage 4, which connects one out of chamber 30 or 31 of a cylinder 3 to one out of chambers 10 or 11 of the cylinder 1, a piping passage 5, which connects the other out of the chamber 30 or 31 of the cylinder 3 to one out of a chamber 20 or 21 of the cylinder 2 for communication, and a piping passage 6, which connects the chambers of the cylinders 1 and 2, which are on the side not connected to the piping passages 4, 5, to each other. In this case, all the cylinders and piping passages are to be filled with fluid.
