Title:
DRIVING FORCE TRANSMISSION CONTROL FOR VEHICLE DRIVING FORCE TRANSMITTING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH06137343
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To maintain excellently turning performance of a four-wheel drive vehicle, on the one hand, and avoid the occurrence of a tight corner braking phenomenon.

CONSTITUTION: In a vehicle driving force transmitting device which is interposed between rotary shafts connected respectively to the front wheel side and the rear wheel side and transmits rotational torque of one rotary shaft to the other rotary shaft by generating liquid pressure by means of a rotational speed difference in these respective rotary shafts and makes transmissibility of the rotational torque variable by varying the magnitude of the liquid pressure by a pressure regulating means, travel conditions (area A-C) are discriminated according to a steering wheel angle STA and vehicle speed VS, and the transmissibility of the rotational torque is set so as to be fitted for the respective discriminated travel conditions.
