Abstract:

PURPOSE: To restore the road surface gripping force of an axle by allowing a pressure adjusting means to increase/decrease the liquid pressure in a prescribed cycle and periodically selecting the transmission rate of the revolution torque, when the slip of the wheel on one rotary shaft side is detected.

CONSTITUTION: A controller 4 selects the operation mode of a driving power transmission device 1 according to the signal supplied from each sensor. In the S mode, spools 38 and 39 are shifted by supplying the electric current I2A to a solenoid 40, and the restraining force is reduced, while in the N mode, the spools 38 and 39 are returned to a hydraulic pressure generation part 6 by cutting off the electric current, and a medium restraining force is obtained, while in the P mode, the spool 38 is shifted by supplying the electric current I1A, and a large restraining force is obtained. In case of the traveling on a low μ road or on an extremely low μ road, the slip control routine is executed, and the operation mode is selected in a short time period by the S/N selection operation and the P/N selection operation, and the restraining force is controlled. Accordingly, the slip of the wheel on one axle side is suppressed, and the revolution torque of one rotary shaft is dispersed to the other, and also the slip of the wheel on the other side is suppressed.
