Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately diagnose leakage of gas from a drain trap.SOLUTION: A diagnosis device 100 of a steam trap 1 includes an oscillation sensor 4 configured to detect an oscillation level of a drain trap 1, and an arithmetic unit 7 configured to diagnosis an operation state of the drain trap 1. The arithmetic unit 7, when the oscillation level detected by the oscillation sensor 4 exceeds a predetermined determination threshold α, is configured to diagnose that there is leakage of steam from the drain trap 1. The arithmetic unit 7 is configured to change the determination threshold α, based on pressure difference between the upstream side and downstream side of the drain trap 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
